Return Policy & Shipping

Limited one year warranty

The Addions™ Juice Extractor is covered by a limited one year warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the date of original purchase. Repair parts or replacement products will be provided on an exchange basis. This warranty will be voided if the product has been altered in any way.

Tititoph Corporation is not responsible for any damages caused by abuse, misuse, accident or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification of this product.

Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization number issued by Tititoph Corporation. All authorized returns must be unused in the original condition (factory fresh, original boxes, with all accessories). All Authorized returns must be made within 10 days and must be shipped prepaid to the address we provide you with your authorization number.

Original shipping fee are non refundable. All authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please request for an authorization number by e-mailing sales@addions.com with your name, the date of purchase, product description and reason for the return request, if the early conditions are met.

Order cancellations that have shipped but not delivered are subject to a 15% shipping / restocking fee. RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED.

All shipping is done by USPS ground service and usually takes between one and two weeks for delivery. Expedited shipping costs are calculated based upon the total weight of your item ordered. At the time your order is processed you will be charged the amount of the default or the UPS zone charges.
